Get an object's collectible metadata

An object described in the shape wallets and marketplaces expect for a collectible: `name`, `description`, `image`, `external_url` and a list of `attributes` as trait and value pairs. Point a collection's metadata at this address and the object shows up correctly wherever collectibles are displayed. Open to everyone. No sign-in needed.
